Wesley has spent a decade building data infrastructure across fintech, e-commerce, sustainability and SaaS. He co-founded DataBright, where he led analytics engineering and partnerships until its acquisition in 2023. He was an early practitioner of analytics engineering and a Looker Solution Partner, and has since taken interim data leadership roles at companies ranging from early-stage startups to platforms handling millions of transactions a day. He hosts Allocating Intelligence, a podcast about where logic should live in the data stack.
